Learning to skillfully handle stress and regulate emotions helps us stay on a more even keel, relate better to others and greatly improves productivity and management skills at all levels.
2-3 day workshops allow us to really focus and immerse ourselves in the process to gain the most benefit possible. However, a half-day workshop is a great kickstarter to longer workshops or a series of 1/2 days over a period of time to keep people on track with their new skills.

Lunch and Learn
Looking for a way to introduce mindfulness and emotional intelligence training to your team? Lunch and learns are a great way to break the ice. My lunch and learns are engaging, informational, and fun. Powerpoint slides are not the focus, it’s less structured and an introduction to reducing stress, increase resilience and happiness at work. Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes.

What stresses us out most? Not getting what we need to get done. When we take a mindful approach we can focus on what really matters, reduce distraction, and find lost time in our day. A few simple practices can make a huge difference.
Mindfulness At Work Basics

This is a 2-hour interactive workshop on Zoom. It’s not a lecture, we’ll find our joy together through mindful exploration, a little meditation, and conversation.
